Cancellation and Refund Terms

The cancellation and refund terms for CafeRest360 services are specified below.

1. General Provisions

These cancellation and refund terms apply to the CafeRest360 software service. The Law on the Protection of Consumers and relevant legislation provisions are reserved.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 15 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in case of immediate delivery of digital content. However, as CafeRest360, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a refund guarantee under the following conditions.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

In case of dissatisfaction within 30 days from the activation of the service, a refund will be made upon written application.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refund request must be made within 30 days from the start of the service
  • Refund request must be sent in writing to caferest360@gmail.com
  • Refund request must include business name, application date, and reason for refund
  • Refund process is completed within 14 business days from the request date

4. Cancellation Process

Cancellation request can be made during the annual subscription period. The cancellation request becomes effective from the next payment period. The fee paid for the current period is not refunded.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not made in the following situations:

  • Expiration of the 30-day money-back guarantee period
  • Problems arising from user error
  • Problems arising from third-party services
  • Problems arising from internet infrastructure

6. Refund Process

After the refund request is approved, the refund process is carried out according to the payment method used (credit card or bank transfer).

  • Payment by Credit Card: Refund is reflected to your card within 7-14 business days
  • Payment by Bank Transfer: Refund is made to your account within 3-5 business days

7. Service Suspension

After a cancellation or refund request, service access is suspended. Your data is backed up for legal retention periods.

8. Special Cases

Special refund conditions may apply for technical problems, service interruptions, or situations within CafeRest360's responsibility. These cases are evaluated individually with the customer.
